The Feast of Tabernacles will again be held on the island of Tobago this year. Tobago is just 22 miles off the north-eastern tip of its larger sister, Trinidad, and is a good “get away” island. It is by far the prettier of the two sisters and is an ideal location for God’s people to keep the Feast.
As is the norm, we will have services each day as well as a range of activities for everyone, as we seek to pre-enact what life will be like in the Millennium not too far from now. Scheduled this year will be a hymn sing, singles’ event, family-fun day, the ever-popular festival ball and a family bible study. For off-site activities you can take the glass-bottom boats to the famous Buccoo Reef and Nylon Pool, or go hiking, bird-watching and horseback-riding. Tobago also offers a wide variety of reasonably-priced restaurants that present cuisine from across the continents.
So come enjoy the Fall Festival season with the Trinidad (Trini) brethren and fellowship with men, women and children focused on the glorious future awaiting us all. Grasp the opportunity to kindle friendships that will last on into the Millennium.
Accommodation and festival hall information will be forthcoming.
